One of his generation’s most promising conductors, Cristian M?celaru leads the OSM in Shoenberg’s impressive orchestration of Brahms’ Quartet, op. 25, which audiences are invited to discover. The OSM’s Principal Cello Brian Manker performs Schumann’s exquisitely lyrical Cello Concerto, the first major Romantic concerto for this instrument.
