Coming from the tradition of public readings of poetry since the end of the 19th century in Quebec, Slam in Montreal will be for Pepper Lil's a discovery initiated by artistic sharing: the meeting with Don Gaudino will for example have a "Pygmalion effect", the latter giving him valuable advice on how to improve voice and gesture on stage.
