It’s a fun family time at the Complexe from March 7 to 8, 2019. Get ready to move and unwind!
Thursday, March 7, 2019
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Festive music – Face-painting zone – Balloon artist – Mini-train – Free for all
10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Mini gymnastic circuit on a competition floor
(ages 3 to 5 )
Intro gymnastic circuit on other apparatus (ages 6 and over)
1:30 p.m. -3:30 p.m.: Parkour activity (ages 6 and over)
Parkour (PK) is a sport where the goal is to complete a series of urban or natural obstacles
using nimble and quick movements such as running, jumping, climbing, swinging, etc.,
without the assistance of equipment.
4 p.m. - 9 p.m.: Elite athletic club practice on training facilities. A great family show for visitors
