Important: Santa is very popular on Saturdays and Sundays. On these days, you must make an appointment with his secretary as soon as you arrive, starting at 9:30 a.m. (except on Saturday, November 1).

Note: Santa takes a well-deserved break from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m; and from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
