JULLY FREITAS'S BAND

Originally from Bahia, Brazil, Jully Freitas has been based in Quebec, in Montreal, since June 2012 to show the public the different rhythms of Brazil with her warm voice. She will make you travel in her country through the different Brazilian rhythms: bossa nova, samba, reggae-samba, forró, ijexa, roda samba, bolero, samba enredo, sertanejo, arrocha, romantic pagoda, etc.
Jully Freitas has recorded more than 12 CDs presenting different styles through her own compositions and popular hits. In show, she knows how to animate the crowds by going through all the panoply of rhythms and emotions. She makes people of all ages dance and knows how to touch their hearts. She sings as well alone with her guitar, as accompanied by a complete group. She sings her own compositions and performs marvelously great hits sung by Maria Bethânia, Raul Seixas, Luis Gonzaga, Caetano Veloso, Ivete Sangalo and Gilberto Gil.
