Rocío has been through something that no child should ever experience. Now a radiant teenager, she still grapples with memories of the assault that left her body scarred. Together with her loved ones – particularly her friend Aldana, who was also abused – she lives, laughs and talks about what she’s been through, the better to build a future. Laura Bari films them in their everyday joys and painful confidences, both in Argentina and in Montreal, where the circus and the theatre are helping them rediscover themselves, body and soul.
