Composer, woman of letters, linguist and physician-naturalist, Hildegarde von Bingen, a 12th century Franconian, possessed extensive knowledge in several fields and left an impressive achievement. Eight composers and four today’s performers interact with her work and reinterpret her history and life through eight miniatures brought on scene by Alice Ronfard.
