KM3 OFFICIAL OPENING

Come to the grand opening of KM3, in the presence of the artists and dignitaries. Enjoy an eventful evening, with a culinary performance at the Banquet exquis, guided tours, DJs, and many more surprises. Don’t miss it!

The event is free, however there is a $10 charge for participating in the Banquet exquis.

LE BANQUET EXQUIS

An over-the-top neighbourhood banquet, crafted from Montrealers’ most treasured culinary memories. Inspired by the surrealist cadavre exquis game, a poetic pantry gives selected participants the chance to create menus in their image; chefs will then improvise delicious creations on the spot. 4 hours, 8 chefs, 12 cadavre exquis, countless stories to tell.

Every 15 minutes, a group will be invited to create a cadavre exquis. Each word will be matched with a food. This phrase will determine the 5 ingredients that make up the basis of a recipe that will be improvised before your eyes! A real challenge for the chef, who will have less than an hour to concoct this recipe.

Your ticket includes a culinary creation as an entrée (served one hour after your arrival).
