Originally from the coast of Maine, Alice Limoges is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has been performing across NYC and the Northeast and making records since she was 16. She recently released "Your Skin On My Sheets", the first single off of her upcoming self-produced album, "The Space Between". Her current lineup features Carey Ozmun on trumpet, Sean Power on bass, and Alex Aitken on drums.

Her February release, "As Close As You Can Be Without Touching", features a 14-piece ensemble including jazz rhythm sections and horns, and chamber instruments arranged by her collaborator, Zach Jackson. It’s been described by the Bangor Daily News as “something akin to a softer-edged Fiona Apple, or a harder-edged Sarah McLachlan — awfully, awfully pretty, but with a flair for the dramatic that creeps in on nearly every track”. The title track’s chorus sets the tone for the introspective work: "Only when I’m with somebody else do I feel all by myself."

She has performed extensively across NYC and the northeast, including festivals (Keene Music Festival, Keene, NH; The Campfire Festival, Cambridge, MA; Belfast Free Range Festival, Belfast, ME), colleges (Columbia University, Hamilton College, SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Purchase), and other legendary venues such as Rockwood Music Hall (NYC), PIANOS (NYC), The Bowery Electric (NYC), Club Passim (Boston), and Cafe Nine (New Haven).

The palette of sound from which Limoges draws is disparate and complex, resulting in a wide stylistic breadth that is at once striking and accessible. Having studied music at both SUNY Purchase and the University of Maine Augusta, Limoges focuses on texture in her rich music and lyrics.
