Serge Turgeon, first films

Serge Turgeon, best known as the founder of Montreal’s summer screening series Film Noir au Canal, is also a short film director who has been making a name for himself in recent years. Strongly influenced by the aesthetics of genre cinema as developed in Italy (where his films are produced), he stands out for his ability to craft intriguing atmospheres that perfectly serve the fictional worlds he depicts.
