Les aventures du prince Ahmed

Adapted from "The Arabian Nights," this film tells the story of an evil sorcerer who sends Prince Ahmed to his death on a magical flying horse. However, the prince manages to trick the wizard and embarks on a series of wonderful adventures.

With its artistic, narrative and technical qualities, "The Adventures of Prince Ahmed" is considered the first animated feature film to survive to this day. It is a true cinematic jewel. Director Lotte Reiniger drew on her experience in the performing arts to create expressive gestures.
