This electromechanical audio sculpture is made of a thousand mirror discs that revolve around a central axis, creating a delicate symphony. Participants position themselves in the middle of the circle and enjoy a unique auditory experience. This unusual place, where music is everything, immediately produces a sensation of being cut off from the world, despite being in the middle of a busy public space.

Presented from October 1^st to 18, 2015 in the Espace culturel Georges-Émile-Lapalme of the Place des Arts, as part of the project Common Space ?.

Common Space ? is an NFB, Quartier des Spectacles Partnership and MUTEK co-production, and is part of the much larger Human Futures project, produced with the support of the European Union’s Culture Programme.
