123KLAN
IS A DUO FORMED BY ARTISTS SCIEN AND KLOR WHO SHARE THE SAME PASSION FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN AND GRAFFITI
The mix of genres has given 123KLAN their unique style and has earned them international acclaim that has led to collaborations with leading brands such as Adidas, Marvel, and Wired magazine.
Their son AIIK now paints with them, making 123KLAN the first known family graffiti collective! Freedom of creation is a fundamental value for 123KLAN, for whom “painting on the streets, free of any financial, commercial or political organization, is an act of libertarianism”. In the context where art does not need to meet any requirement, the work is a true creation, simply made accessible to the public on the museum of the street.
SCIEN and KLOR are also a couple in life; originally from northern France where they practiced urban art for 15 years, they settled in Montreal in 2007.
