So much more than a simple love story, Housekeeping and Homewrecking is a compilation of domestic romances, both budding and wilting. The characters expose the truth about love, about adultery, about marriage and loss. Leading the audience through a jungle of heart wrenching yet not so out of the ordinary hardships, this play tells the stories of a widow falling for a married man, a housewife suffering from terminal boredom, old lovers unconventionally reunited, with a bit of comedy added to the mix as a divorcee discovers the horrors of mid thirties dating and the personal take on love and marriage told by the bimbo next door.
