The National Jazz Orchestra of Montreal is bringing you a colourful evening of exciting music! The guest conductor, renowned jazz pianist and JUNO finalist Rafael Zaldivar, will perform his original Afro-Cuban pieces along with Latin jazz and bebop standards, including a few by such jazz greats as Dizzy Gillespie and Thelonious Monk. Appearing alongside the guest conductor, the NJO’s 18 high-calibre musicians will include guest percussionists Dave Laing, Eugenio Osorio, Michel Medrano, and Amado Dedieu. It’s going to get hot!
