This summer, for the 35th edition of the International Symposium of Contemporary Art of Baie-Saint-Paul, Pasts in the Present, we are pleased to venture outside of Montreal to present a special offsite exhibition, featuring a selection of documents from our collection that explore the theme of science-fiction in visual arts. Science fiction reveals how artists examine the universe and its temporalities, while also acting as a catalyst in the definition of social, political and environmental reflections relevant to daily life.
